     Sekuat-kuatnya wanita didunia, pasti mereka pernah tertelungkup karena kesedihan dan perih dalam hidupnya. Meskipun mereka terlihat tegar dihadapan banyak orang. Akan tetapi dibelakang itu semua, sebenarnya mereka telah jatuh tersungkur penuh cacat dan air mata. Kalau sudah seperti itu, siapa yang mau melihat dan mengerti mereka. Diri mereka sendiri? , Sebenarnya siapa yang bisa membangkitkan mereka kembali?, memberi titihan untuk bangun dari keterpurukan. Tak bisa disangkal dan tak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa sosok laki-laki yang selalu ada, mengerti dan memahami keadaan wanitalah yang mempunyai peran penting disini. Jadi, bukan hanya wanita hebat yang ada dibelakang laki-laki hebat, akan tetapi lelaki hebatpun harus berada di belakang wanita yang rapuh. Karena, jika sewaktu-waktu wanita itu terjatuh, laki-laki mampu bergegas secepat mungkin memberi sandaran. Dan jangan sampai terlambat, sebelum wanita itu benar-benar terjatuh, hingga tak mampu untuk bangkit kembali.

      So, bagi kalian-kalian, para lelaki diluar sana. Be Gentleman, Please!!. Yang perlu kalian ketahui adalah bukan hanya harta yang bisa kalian tunjukan kepada wanita, akan tetapi kalian yang selalu ada saat mereka membutuhkanmu, mengerti dan memahami keadaan wanita.

Learning process "Scientific approach" 

     Dalam kurikulum 2013, pengajar atau guru diharuskan atau diwajibkan untuk menggunakan scientific approch dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Karna masih banyak yang bingung dan belum tahu bagaimana menggunakan pendekatan scientific. Disini penulis akan memberi penjabarannya secara singkat, agar dapat dipraktekan dengan mudah didalam kelas.

   Dalam scientific approch itu sendiri ada 4 tahapan:
1. Observing, dalam tahap ini, peserta didik mendengar, melihat, dan membaca materi yang akan dipelajari.
2. Questioning, dalam tahap ini, peserta didik bertanya tentang apa yang telah dibaca, dilihat dan didengar. Biasanya dalam tahapan ini, peserta didik terkesan malu-malu untuk mengajukan pertanyaan. Jadi, gurulah yang harus bisa memancing peserta didik agar menanyakan materi pelajaran yang tidak dimengerti.
3. Associating, in this stage, ask your students to make a group. Jadi, buatlah peserta didik menjadi beberapa kelompok. Agar peserta didik tidak merasa bosan. Bagilah kelompok berdasarkan secarik kertas bergambar "animal atau hewan", setiap siswa berhak mengambil satu kertas kecil tersebut, dan mencari teman kelompoknya dengan menyuarakan atau menirukan bunyi hewan sesuai dengan gambar hewan yang didapatnya. Hal tersebut, sangat membantu untuk menghidupkan suasana didalam kelas. Dan, peserta didik semakin semangat untuk belajar.
4. Experimenting, peserta didik belajar dan bekerja secara berkelompok untuk memecahakan soal atau tugas yang diberikan oleh guru.
5. Communicating, peserta didik mempresentasikan hasil dari diskusi dengan kelompoknya didepan kelas.

       In teaching process, the basic thing that could be learned by children is introducing the name of noun "Kata benda". They can express English correctly and accurately by a single word, based on things around them. They can make singular and plural nouns which are suitable with things  that they see in their house, school, and playroom.

1. We give some words and showing the thing that you mean. For example, you say "a ball", you show them the ball to your children to make them underatand that thing that we touch or we show , can be called as a ball.
2. Then, ask them to imitate it correctly. Till they can pronounce well.
3. Now, you can ask them using english, show the ball to your children first. then, ask them " what is this?",  repeat it till they can answer faster.

         Here, i will give you some words "Noun" that usually use by children:
1. A cat
2. A ball
3. A doll
4. A candy
5. A toy
6. A dog
7. A car
8. A ballon
9. A sun
10. A mon

      Now, how to make your children know and undrestand noun " kata benda " which is changed to be plural.
It is same as you introduce noun in some steps above, but to make your children understand well, you can show them one thing, then show them two or more things. For example, you show them "a doll", ask them " what is this?". Till they answer correctly. Then, show them two or more dolls, ask them "what are these?". You can give a clue or the answer, says "a doll" and "dolls". So, they can imitate you and understand well the differences between "a ball" and "balls" considering of whay they see and touch.

What are the important things of disciplining our children early?

       Most of parents are confused how to descipline their children when their children make troublesome. Moreover, i find that some parents do the way
that give bad effect to their children. For example, when children fight with their brother or sister. Parents will hit their children who make trouble. Then, they think that it is a good solution for them. Parents think that hitting them when they are false, it will make them regret with what they do. In contrast, it will make children being coward. Therefore, although disciplining our children early is important, parents should discipline their children using appropriate way which doesn't destroy mental and character of children.

            So, i will mention the important things of disciplining children:
1. Children will obey every rule that made by parents.
2. Children will do everything based on the rule by themselves without compulsion.
3. It will give influence of their character.
4. It will give them advantages of their future life.
     Because most of successful people come from person who is disciplined.

     Here, i will give you one example. For example, when your children make a noise in your house or they fight with their sibling, parents shouldn't scream or shout for their mistake. Parents should speak clearly to their children in their room, "honey, do you know what is your mistake?", parents should give them time to realize their mistake about 5-10 minutes. If they know what is their mistake, please make a promise with your children, parents ask them to do not do it again. Then, parents give them the reason and explain well using language that can be understood by children.

How to be a good teacher?
                                 

       
          A good student considers of how teacher teach in the class. Do they know the charachter of the student?, do they prepare well the material before the class?, are they good looking?, Do they use interesting method and strategies during teaching?. So, teacher should know first that they should be a good teacher in order to their students are being a good student.

      The first step is teacher must observe the class to know situation and understand the character of students. It will make teacher will be aeasy to deliver material in the class.
      The second step is teacher should prepare well material that would be delivered in the class. It has function to make students understand the material. Then, teaching process is going smoothly and fluently. In contarst, if teacher do not prepare material well before the class, teacher will be confused what material that will be delivered in the class. It gives impact to the class situation, maybe it will make students are being noisy because they do not understand what teacher does explain. So, preparing material before the class is not trivial thing.
       The third step is teacher should dress well or teacher must be  good looking because it has function to make your students just focus on you, and students will notice teachers' explanation during the class.
      The forth step is teacher should or must use interesting method and strategy. This step could be called as the important one in teaching. The reasons are students will be more active and students will give their respond in the class. Therefore, the class will be live.
